Nature's Sacred Vibrations

Swanstar Essences bring a gift of healing (remembering the forgotten whole that we are) from sacred sites, flowers, and Spirit. Nature Beings, devas, angels volunteer to assist us in human, animal, plant and planetary self-healing. Essences are the vibrational or energetic pattern of the flower, star or gem. Swanstar Essences offer two choices for essence use: 1) new multi-dimensional single essences from sacred sites, flowers and Spirit and 2) selection and blending of these and carefully selected essences from other makers into personalized soul weaves.

Essences are an adjunct, not a substitute for medical therapies.

Essences are useful at bringing to consciousness the emotional and mental causes of disease that are shrouded in the unconscious. Essences also provide useful support during times of stress or powerful growth/change curves, such as moving, separation, or loss. Other benefits may include: greater integration and enlivening of higher aspects of personality or spirit, reduced stress, flashes of insight, crisis support, and overall improvement in well-being.

Essence makers all over the world co-create flower, star and animal essences with Nature and bring them to market so more people will have access to them. Edward Bach, M.D., developed the first flower essences 50 years ago. While they have received more recognition in Europe than in the United States, many are familiar with the Bach Flower Remedies. As a branch of homeopathy, hundreds of makers now provide thousands of essences.

Essences are generally preserved in brandy, distilled water, or vinegar. As with homeopathics, drops can be taken under the tongue, or in a glass of water, placed in the bath, sprayed, or can be "beamed" telepathically.

I create a weave or blend of essences for each individual as suggested by my "still small voice." The stock I draw from has been carefully selected by inner guidance from various locations and makers. Once blended in a sterile bottle, I add a preservative such as distilled water, and record definitions for each one in a report, so you have personalized information describing your essence. This may be helpful in identifying areas for self-study, surrender, affirmations or noticing the essences' effects on your process.

Empress Tree (Pawlonia) Flower Essence

Keynote: of this orchid-like flowering hardwood tree from China: to go beyond, extender, preparer, brings more light to the dark side, and aids in the ability to rest in the Divine.

Definition: Helps people extend beyond their known limits physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, while keeping one stay close to the ground, close to the physical nature of third dimensional reality, particularly useful for those who would express their star natures and still stay present on earth.

Works both as an antenna and a grounder, anchoring the reception in the earth in such a way that the information that is received and transmitted can be easily understood and applied to daily life. Prepares for development into the higher ranges of Intelligence and Understanding; in a sense a launching vehicle. Can support people extending beyond their known limits whether it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.

Keynote: opening heart, mind and spirit.

Definition: From the Pink Lotus Diva: "I am a plant that brings a lot of joy. I open my mind and heart every day to the peace of the divine within me and open my ears to the sounds of nature around me and I open my heart every day to the love that is in all things. This is the blessing I bring."

Promotes a feeling of good will to all beings of this planet or any other, encourages the promotion of new ideas in the sense of invention or re-combination and brings people into alignment with their Higher Self or core essence. This is not the primary purpose of the essence, however.

The primary purpose is to lift mankind's reluctance to aligning with the great creative gifts inherent in human composition. Therefore, in addition to supporting opening at the crown, it assists opening at the groin (base or root) to the worthiness that is in all existence, to be, the worthiness to express oneself; to take up space, be present, and held in the love of the Divine.

Secondly, the hands and feet are supported in opening for both the giving and receiving of energy. This opening allows the body to cleanse negativity whether self-generated or received from others, allowing for better balance and well-being.

Other applications: attention deficit disorder, since blocked circuits will clear and open. Also, this can be used where organization is a problem on any level.

This essence will assist those who wish to release and let go (of anything whether it is a relationship, problem, decision, etc.) This essence will also bring peace to people who are in distress, allowing them to relax and let situations unfold. Most helpful when people are waiting for dire news or a specific outcome which is out of their hands. This is when this essence really shines.

Physical: On the physical level this essence can be used for nervous system cleansing, for opening bowels; helpful for people with stomach difficulties, opens the blood vessels there and improves the ability of the stomach lining to be resilient.

Keynote: freedom to dance the cosmic dance.

Contains essences of Hawthorn, Blackberry, Currant, White Rice Flower, Red Lily, and Lemon Verbena. I asked my guidance, The Interplanetary Awareness Seminar, for an essence which would help me develop the freedom to dance on every level of my life and awareness. This was transmitted from them through my hands into a bottle of distilled water.

Definition: There are many who are seeking new ways of being on this planet and who reach for their souls in new ways and we begin to understand that the openings of the past no longer are big enough to fit them. This essence is for those who wish to enlarge the openings of their mind, heart and soul for the greater good of mankind and for the development of the collective consciousness in a joyous, happy and free frame of reference instead of a fearful, weary and aggressive frame of reference. We would be pleased to show you the way this can work by placing it into the water supply of several communities in the area. There is a great deal more here than meets the eye, so a few drops can make a difference.

We would also like to suggest to you that the information we are giving you is free for those to use as they will, but there are not many who will understand that the kind of power that is in this essence is available to all. Still it can create quite a difference for those who open to it.

Fingal's Cave,
The Isle of Staffa, The Inner Hebrides, Scotland

Keynote: To speak the truth of God as each understands it without fear of reprisal or consequence. Affirmation: I will speak my deep truth.

Fingal's Cave on the Isle of Staffa sits north of Iona and west of the Island of Mull just off the west coast of Scotland. This uninhabited island can be a difficult destination if the weather is troublesome, since the moorage is small and intricate. Directed by higher guidance to collect this essence on-site, all things worked in harmony to provide easy passage.

Definition: In the middle of the brain is a large pea, called the pituitary gland and it is very masterful in its organizational ability for the body. It creates a very large amount of energy in the blood, which then is transformed into love and kindness throughout the body. Sometimes this gland is not able to provide the proper or appropriate levels of hormones to the body, and in this case there are several things that result. One of the most common things that results is the inability to focus one's attention on a specific task or intention. In this way one becomes confused and ill-defined in accomplishments. This essence gives assistance to alleviate the problem.

This essence holds the mother matrix for all life (the original pattern of life) on this planet as manifested in substances. This essence connects us with the deepest wisdom in the earth, the wisdom of numbers in stone and the harmonies of wind, water, earth and fire. It is a reflection of heart depth, a recognition that you are the divine essence in all things.

The expression of the essence of you has been forever altered and so will it be for all who take this consciousness. While it is not physically, emotionally, or mentally directed, but is a spiritually focused essence, when this door is opened and entered, wholeness on all levels results, for the unity of the spirit with All That Is, the perfect alignment of body, mind and spirit, results. This essence offers this to all who seek it.

It is not something that works overnight like an aspirin, it is something that works deep within in the dark and hidden places of the soul, body and mind, to create a union of energies that have been previously separated.

We would like you to understand that all that you have understood in the past is gathered up in this essence, everything you have ever experienced, everything you have ever learned, everything you have ever felt, and it is good, it is God, as All That Is is God. So we offer this to you and to all your companions who journey on this road to knowing the deep Self that lies in wait for recognition and expression and the deep peace that follows this kind of truth-saying. Listen to your heart, for the messages from the heart are one in focus with All That Is, and they will bring you to a state of comfort and divine joy. Isle of Coll, Western Hebrides, Scotland

affirmation: I am Life. I live from strength.

Making the Essence: After visiting the isles of Iona and Staffa and collecting the essence from Fingal’s Cave in Staffa, I was told by my guides to go to the Island of Coll, the westernmost island of the Hebrides. The call or compulsion to do this was undeniable. For both my traveling companion, Bonney Whittington, and I money was tight. This whole trip had been done on gifts, surprises, “a wing and a prayer.” I discovered in Iona that I had lost my credit card. I was gifted with a loan from a new friend in Iona without whose help the journey would have ended. Yet, here was unplanned cost. We dug deep both actually and emotionally to put together the ferry fare.

When we arrived we had no idea why we were there or what we were to do, other than listening to find out or being directed by some stranger on the road. We learned from local folks about The Two Sisters or Tellers of Tales, two standing stones. We hiked there, quite a walk over hill and bracken with little more for direction than a wave of the arm “That way” to guide us.

The stones were shorter than those at Stonehenge, about 8 or 9 feet tall. We tromped around like two little girls on a picnic. We both felt the energies of a full circle of stones, though only two mounds of fallen stones remained. Bonney felt guided to make an essence of this place. She led on this one as I had led earlier at Staffa.

Each of us walked in counterpoint circles to the other, calling the essence of the full circle that once was there into the bottle of water. It was quite something--primitive and vital. When I channeled this definition later, I felt that the essence was a life regenerator and that the stones were collectors of star or intergalactic energy.

Bonney and I made this essence together and had planned that one day we would make it available together. Sadly, Bonney passed away in June 2003. This is offered in memory of our joyful times together.

Definition: Two standing stones remain on a hillside on Coll, the center of a fairy ring from long ago. You will see other stones scattered about and know that this is a land that is filled with heart. We have often wondered why so many people stood away from the land and separated from it. There is wholeness in being one with the land, one with the location you live in. There is a peace that comes knowing that the home you are in is the home you belong to wherever it may be. Now is the time for you to find that home. Never before have there been so many seeking their right place, of people moving, and finding their right place. Now it is time for you to find yours. It is a place in which the land sings a song to you, where a melody flits from the ground to your ear, binding the love for the land with the love of the heart that is One. We have not noticed before that you have been able to hear this sound or recognize it when you have heard it. Now you will have no problem resonating with the earth vibrations that are closest to your heart vibration. It is a matching of tones that is required here. You will see that this essence will help with this process.

Other properties that are useful abound.

Physical: It will open, activate and regenerate the life force of the weakened body, particularly after surgery, injury or accidents, but in any case where the life force energy is low and self-repair is inhibited. Cells will actually regenerate and bring more light into their mitochondria creating more energy for self-healing. We would also like to suggest that this essence is capable of bringing people back from prolonged illness where the vitality has been draining away for a long time. We would also see this as useful for those who have created a deleterious condition for their life force by using chemicals, both drug addiction and also the chemicals that are placed in food and the environment, for example, chronic fatigue syndrome, immune deficiency disease.

Finally, we would see this as useful for those who need assistance in opening their minds and hearts to the idea that the world is round, not flat. There is symmetry in nature that longs to be acknowledged and honored. There is a place in the hearts of mankind that can resonate with that symmetry.

We would like you to understand that the information we are giving you today is the information you need to have. There is a great deal more about this essence that we could tell you. For instance, that it is an opener of divine inspiration, that it can prepare people for insight and interpretation of visions, that it can bring people into alignment with higher levels of thought that can open new worlds to them and that the energies that are at the apex of this essence can bring people in to a unifying experience that connects them with All That Is.

N.B. Essence Practitioners: It is particularly important to note that the essence does not apply itself well to people who have closed their minds to acknowledging a higher power or larger universe of information than their own experience and mind. We would caution you to be careful with this one since there are many who would abuse the power of this essence to enhance their life force to create imbalance.

Emotional: This essence will support people in moving from fear into love and from darkness into light. It doesn’t move people from their darkness, but lifts the darkness as a veil so that they may experience clearly without so much drapery. Lifts gloom and doom mentality, presenting new options for consideration. Also creates opening for new information to come in. Most people do not understand that there are many more choices “out there” than they can identify. This essence will help them connect with the larger picture of Possibility. Negative emotions that result from exhaustion can be resolved and blown away like dust. Excellent for people suffering from burnout, exposing both the issues that got them there and options for new behaviors. We would also like you to consider this a remedy for people who have been given a soul pattern of a lot of energy trying to come through a disproportionately small opening, that is folks with high life force energies trying to express but who find they fatigue from the force of the energy coming through the limitations of form; this essence can assist in opening the form to accommodate the high life force, thus reducing the pressure or wear and tear on both the form and the life force.

Spiritual/Mystical: Lastly, we would like you to consider the importance of the preparation for calling in and bringing in the High Self, calling in and bringing in the presence of the Divine. For “Light Travel” it can provide “an antenna” for reaching out in to the universe to create connections with the divine creative force that is in All Things. Those who use this with this intention will find themselves flying into the far outreaches of space and time, able to negotiate clearly and readily on light frequencies that are capable of sending people to intergalactic conferences, or meetings of mind light from all over the universe.

One more thing about this essence you may find interesting is that it moves people so subtly in to the light without their having any sense of having moved, that suddenly they are standing centered in their own light. The light that was hidden and buried is present and they know it and everyone else knows it too, and it feels so “right” that there is no sense of overexposure or nakedness, just an overpowering sense of belonging in their own skin.

N.B.: This one also relates to the Fingal’s Cave Staffa essence because it was present at the time of the making of this one and was in a sense included. Staffa is an activator of the energy of the divine heart (to create through essence), while Tellers of Tales is an opener and regenerator of the life force.”

Chalice Well Water Essence,
Glastonbury, England

Keynote: Joyous love and appreciation. Bumps those who are mired, stuck or lost in the dark into appreciation of life in body.

Definition: "This is a rich overflowing abundant source of life force energy. It is rich with the earth and the signs of life that reside deep in the earth. We do not see this as a cure-all but as a deep abiding correction for those who have lost interest in living and breathing and being on this planet. It is a joyous thing to be here on this planet at this time and many have lost sight of this reward of life.

We would like to encourage those who would like to expand their awareness to bring this essence into their consciousness so that it can begin to resonate with the life force within them and promote greater harmony and well-being in the incredibly wonderful body that is each of you.

This essence has to do with people moving in rhythm, moving in harmony to the great tidal wave of life that is in all things. We would also suggest that it is good for those who have suffered from heartburn or indigestion due to overload from the daily demands of life. We would see this as something that could be used by people who are extremely busy in the day, but have no other life than their work and who seek a life beyond the workaday norm. Those who wish to expand in their creativity will find it useful, as will those who wish to dance, or sing or make presents, or be present.

We would also suggest that this essence will also create a whole new understanding of the earth and all its relations. It allows the receiver to expand in their development so that they can begin to connect with the earth through the root chakra in such a way that the feet will become connected with the heart and the heart connected with the crown, so that the energies of life create one great river of life flowing over and around and through the ensouled being that is present in the physical body.

Another property in this water is that of 'joyous love'-- exuberant and delightful enthusiasm for All That Is.

We would also encourage you to listen to your heart for the resonance of the water. It is clear, open, and mirrors back to the receiver the essence of his/her situation in such a way that s/he can receive it in consciousness.

We would like to suggest that the essence of the Chalice Well Water is most like that of the stars of any water on the planet at this time. It will bring light into the center of an individual, creating a space where new light can enter and where the core light may be accessed. This kind of clarity will make a great deal of inner work much easier and it will bring in the awareness in a way that is much simpler to digest.

We would like to encourage all of you to use this as an amplifier and synergizer when working with those essences that call for it. We would particularly suggest it for blending with essences of rocks, trees, and place, more than for flowers, since it is most compatible with the deep earth vibrations. We would encourage you also to think of this essence when bringing light of any color into the core for cleansing, since it will enhance both flow and frequency of that light, anchoring and elevating, both.

Finally, we would like to ask that all who receive this essence bring themselves into alignment with the earth and all its gifts, the richness of the Mother and her abundance through a prayer such as the following:

The Heart of St. Anne Essence

Keynote: An essence of radiant purple with gold and silver it is "absolutely pure, absolutely clear; nothing in it but the Love of God."

The patron saint of those who grieve and mourn, St. Anne, mother of Mary, brings forgiveness. Bringer of light to the dark recesses of the heart where pain resides--she lifts the pain and makes it light; she is also the patron saint of those who seek fellowship and communion with the All that Is.

Forgiveness--brings forgiveness into the center of the heart so it can radiate out making all things whole and new once again. Lifts despair and opens the heart to new ideas of fulfillment.

The most helpful aspect of this essence is that it brings order to pain so that it can be understood, valued, respected and honored.

Preservation of the Christlight Within

Keynote: Brings inner light to consciousness.

This essence, Preservation of the Christlight Within, carries within it the love of God, the holy Mother and the Son, a trinity complete with Spirit or the Breath of God.  We would like you to see that this essence is forever.  It is complete unto itself carrying the light of the Divine within the soul of each individual being.  This is not just for planetary beings on earth, but for the universe.  It carries the sign of not the cross, but a living tree filled with fruit and honey.  All That Is abounds here, all that is to be created.

Each essence you’ve created has brought one more aspect of the Divine into being.  Each essence has sought its companion.  This one has a companion--the Empress Tree.  They work within different dimensional fields to create the same effect--one for grounding and extending (Empress Tree), one for illuminating or carrying the light.  This is not an active masculine aspect--it is a feminine receptive quality created by us to further your journey.

Four Essences from The Oriental Garden Zilker Botanical Garden Austin, Texas The Oriental Garden is dedicated to world peace. Keynote: Peace. The peace that surpasses all understanding.

We have come today to bring you news of this flower essence. God brings you joy and love and light and peace and all things come through God. This essence brings one more element that you might not think of: solidity in this dimension.

In other words, those who fly, who take flight easily, who jump the gun, who are quick on the trigger, those who leap before looking, those who go from frying pan into the fire, those with rabbit totems, these are the ones who will find this essence of great use. Often these folks have much light to share with the world, but injury, trauma, terror have clouded their way. These are the ones who will benefit from this essence.

This essence lines up all chakras or energy centers. It also brings light into the ultra-sonic core in usable form for the individual’s needs. This reconnects root and crown centers creating a vibrant mobile circle of electro-magnetic light in all directions around the user—increasing the individuals’ ability to attract and maintain more joyful connections and relationships in the world and within self, while holding one’s ground.

We do not see any need to be concerned with people overusing this essence. The world is much better for it. Each light that expands as a result of using this essence brings in more light through its connection with others. We see this amplifying love and wisdom in the world as a torch is passed from one to another.

Microbial: This is the most important level for this essence, even more than peace for humans on earth, it is the essence that brings peace between humans and microbes, such as bacteria, molds, yeasts, and viruses. There is nothing to mix it with, just use it alone for this purpose. Balances and creates harmony, a new song of understanding for the achievement of these small beings, reducing their stress of interaction with us, and creating wise relationship between.

This essence has a wholly different character than the last (Star Water Lily). It is pure of intent as the others, but it is clearly for humans, not animals, plants, microbes, or planet. We would like you to understand that the intention of this essence is to bring peace to a troubled world through the power of remembering our divinely human attribute of creativity.

As co-creators with the All, we bring into form new tasks, machinery, colors, vibrations, buildings, and presentations, every day. Our lives are filled with our creativity, yet we often overlook it or credit it to others. This essence is for the celebration of creative juice, for the creative powers inherent in each one of us. This power is unconscious for many, hidden by a lack of confidence and a distrust of self. Magenta water Lily Essence melts away the veil that separates us from our talents and gifts, opening the door to conscious co-creative expression.

Physical: Any difficulties of the left arm, right arm, feet and legs are all benefited by this essence, as it increases energetic flow in, through, and around those areas to promote self-healing. The lower back (sacrum) also benefits from this essence, since it is the seat of the sacred creator. Compare a horseback rider flying out of the saddle with a rider having a “fine seat.” Just as the hip joint ball fits into the socket, the sacred creator fits into its “seat.”

Keynote: Remembering the Divine Spark.

Definition: This is an essence for those who weep. It is an essence for those who yearn for the highest and best within in them. It is an essence for the soul and for the mind and for the depth of Being within the Soul. Each of us carries an intrinsic flame. It is the light of our own Being. The Divine Spark. Each of us remembers it in our own way and this essence is for remembering that which is, was, and always will be. It is important that this essence be used carefully for the betterment of all mankind and that those who do not understand it refuse it.

The essence of this essence is the following: each of us is a candle, a light unto the feet of others. When we cover our light the way becomes dark for another, since all move forward together or not at all.

Chakra: Heart, the layer of 'the one who knows.'

Physical: brings peace to the muscles, the teeth, the feet and the heart. Opens one to grace and healing through the highest and best within the Soul.

Spiritual: This is almost exclusively a spiritual essence for the growth and raising dimension of the light to be shared one to another. Raises awareness to another dimension: one of peace and beauty and trust deep in the heart. Trust of the universe, trust of comrades, trust of the deep within.

Planetary: It is for the planet. It can be used for a variety of peaceful purposes for the planet's healing. Also for the people in large numbers. Place it in the earth rather than water.

Keynote: Relationship. Interconnectivity. All is One. Each and everything is connected to every other thing on the planet and in the Universe.

This flower essence brings peace to those who use it, but more than peace, it brings a conscious Beauty of Spirit. This is the one that brings joy to the user, the joy of deep and abiding love for the divine and the connections of all things to one another. This essence carries peace, but more it carries the binding in freedom that generates individuality in the presence of relationship.

Sing a song that is your own song. What is the relationship of your song to the relationship of the chorus of songs that each and every being sings? How does your song fit into this great symphony of songs? What is the unique contribution of your song to that of the others? Without you there is a missing tone. Depth, richness, silence, precipitation are all changed without your song. All is one and all shall always be.

Listen to a chorus. Extract one singer’s voice from the group. What have you changed? The song goes on as before, yet different. Listen to the multi-dimensional chorus of people, animals, plants, angels, stones, soil, sun, and stars—the music of the spheres. What have you then when one is missing or muffled? It is still the music of the spheres, with one tone missing. Will the loss be noticed? Does a family miss one child? Does a chord miss a single note? Does the world miss one child lost or one parent passed on? Is there a note that would not be missed? IS there a song that would be better left unsung. Isn’t it all just one big cacophony of random noise anyway? Or is it orderly, harmonic, and nourishing?

All is one. The great bell of life sounds in our hearts. We hear, but do not listen. We look, but we do not see. We speak, but do not sing.

This essence awakens the heart to the deep harmonies of the soul.

Spiritual: Helps people remember who they are and how they relate to one another in a harmonious and melodic pattern. There is no separation in this essence, yet there is individuality. Everyone does not seek the changes that this essence will bring, so we caution you to give this only to those who truly seek transformation at depth, for it is powerful in its awareness.

Planetary: Yes, it can be used for healing the land and water. It is not it’s first purpose, it is primarily intended for human consciousness, but it can be used fruitfully on the land to repair devastation, plowing, any situation where the lines of relationship have been severed or greatly disturbed. It will support the return of light to the land and those beings in most direct relationship to it.

Galactic: There is a galactic application for this essence. It is not time to discuss this in depth. The day will come when this will be needed to heal the relationship of the earth to the stars. In that time when the earth takes its place in loving consciousness among the great brotherhood of heavenly beings –this will be the essence’s greatest gift.

Keynote: Clarity and confidence for Core Essence.

Definition: Not made from the buildings, but from the ground under the Alamo, a triangle of light from well to fountain to garden area. A vortex and more. A hidden, sacred healing well long forgotten. An area sacred to the Divine Feminine in her form of Wisdom or Crone.

This essence is for the people who need a break from the day- to- day rush and the active state of doing. It offers rest and respite. It anchors the energies of those who use it to enable them to continue to develop in receptivity and to develop their connection with the higher self from an embodied place, that is to say that the essence allows the Self to emerge in body. This is something that will move people from one place to another as easily as sadness to song. It will lift the hearts of those who use it to make a joyful noise and also to bring light into their every cell.

(We do not recommend its use for those in deep despair because it may magnify their darkness in such a way that can be quite destructive. Conscious awareness is best taken in small doses for some.)

This essence brings people into core consciousness, making them aware of the deep knowledge they hold and also the time to use it. A brilliant fire that creates space for rest, it burns away the tired old patterns that hold back the past, making more room for trust in the True Self.

This essence works in the middle of the heart, opening space for the connection of the Divine to the every day life of Mind. It enables people to receive the information of their core essence in a clear and confident manner. This is the most important aspect of this essence. It also has to do with opening the mind and heart to being in group or tribal context for purposes of reclaiming the soul.

 

The Rubaiyat Cup

Keynote: Clears past regrets and future fears.

Definition: This essence is from the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam, specifically the quatrain that begins:

Come Fill the Cup that clears
Today of past regrets and future fears ...

Omar Khayyam was a 12th century Persian mystic, poet, and mathematician. His book-length poem, The Rubaiyat, advocates passionate enjoyment of love and life.

The essence was received during a shamanic journey to aid a friend in the throes of metastasized cancer. In the nether space of the meditative state, the essence provided a ritual anointing of the friend to help her stay with her healing process in the Now without the encumbrances of regrets and fears.

When the anointing was completed, my friend was wrapped in a loving, golden light and held in a timeless peace. On leaving my friend's resting chamber, instructions were given to bring a cup of the water back from the journey and pour it into the glass of water on the table nearby. This glass of water became the energetic template for The Rubaiyat Cup Essence.

A few drops under the tongue or placed in a glass of water and sipped throughout the day may reduce awareness of the regrets and fears whose nagging voices can sometimes distract us from feeling the Unconditional Love that surrounds and protects us.
