As the songs unfold we folllow the seeker's path climbing step to step, from discontent and division, moving on to peace of mind and the expanded heart, on through the sun (inner light), arriving at last at the pure love of the Unified Breath in the heart of the Divine.
Making the CD: Through the Sun presents sacred songs inspired by the Divine at every step. The song titles were given to me by Spirit in a dream. The songs were created and brought through from the Silence at the microphone with only song titles on a sheet of paper as a guide. I guess you could call it “extreme listening.” Spirit provided the sound engineer, the cover artist, and production house effortlessly. The Soul Safari group, family and friends, gave funding. I appreciate all this support. Stepping into the role of recording artist has been the greatest trust stretch in my nearly 20 year career as an anthropologist, certified hypnotherapist, flower essence producer and vibrational healer.
Using this CD: Take a break. Listen. Rest, stretch, meditate, journey or dream. Children of all ages and elderly too enjoy the organic melodies and rhythms. Follow the entire journey of 40 minutes or you may wish to pick song groups of three to work with for 10 to 15 minute meditations, or pick a single song that reflects a special issue to you and repeat it over several days until the issue becomes clear to you.
